Summer is always one of the Muse's "warmest" seasons, as two of her most popular wines enter their perfect social consumption stage.  Muse Genie white wine is finally back in the tasting rooms with our NEW bottling of the 2009 vintage.  Genie is often touted as the perfect by-the-pool, on-the-deck (or beach), summer picnic wine.  The Muse concurs.  Genie was made for summer outings!

Also with summer activities, the season of Carnivale is again upon us (as if the season of Carnivale is never upon us).  After all, what would a summer barbecue be without an icy bottle or two of sangria?  Great by itself - and even greater with most barbecue fare - Carnivale continues to be in a class by itself.  Looking for something special to celebrate a summer wedding?  Try two bottles of Carnivale blended with one bottle of dry champagne or sparkling wine for a delicious celebratory concoction that will yield nary an empty glass at any wedding reception.  If you're by the pool, try dropping a couple of cubes of watermelon into a glass of Carnivale over ice.  The watermelon will take on a character it has never reached before!

And don't forget the Mingle for your everyday sipping red wine.  The current blend of Zinfandel, Syrah, and Muscat Canelli is the Muse's favorite of all the Mingle bottlings to date, so don't miss out as the Muse's stock of this perennial favorite is nearly exhausted.  A new Mingle blend has also been assembled and is to be bottled in July along with the 2009 Genie.  Keep an eye on this website for announcements of the Muse's grand release parties.
